Friday Fill-In #29

1.Since most if the country has had nasty weather, what has your weather been like this week?
I'm here in the great PNW!  We've been cool but clear lately!

2.What is/are your best money saving tip(s)?
I like to meal plan, but I plan for 5 days not 7.  Those other two days are meant for leftovers or what's in the freezer.

3.What was your favorite vehicle you’ve ever owned??
We briefly owned a Pontiac G8.  It was fast and fun and...I miss it.  But my minivan is much more practical.  I guess.

4.What is a question you’d like to see asked in a future fill-in?
I'd love to see more recipe questions.  And what about ideas for staying connected with family...you know, those people we moved thousands of miles away from?  :-)

5.Fill in the blank: You might be a MilSpouse if….
...your toddler knows the word "commissary."
     ...you think in acronyms.
...you celebrate holidays based on duty schedules.

Go see what Wifey and the other milspouses have to say.  There are lots of money saving tips out there to be had!

Oooh, I totally think in TLA (three letter acronyms). ;)

I love it! I'm not a milspouse, but my sister is in the Army and is always talking to me in what sounds like a foreign language. I'm always like, "come again...?" ha!

So smart to meal plan for 5 days!

After we got married I actually made a little translation list for my parents. We're not a military family so I was definitely speaking foreign to them too!
